The answer is “very much”, according to Australian nutritionist Nattokin, whose B5 dietary supplements range includes vitamins B5, C, E, K and folate.
Nattokin says her B5 supplements are “not necessarily good for you”.
“What’s really important is that the nutrients are actually present in the foods you eat, so they’re not just there as a supplement, they’re actually there,” Ms Nattkins says.
“It’s the foods that are in the food that are the sources of the nutrients that are actually really important.”
Dr Nattokins supplements are designed to increase the availability of these vitamins and minerals, which is why they’re recommended in Australia by the World Health Organization (WHO).
The supplement’s ingredients include: The amino acid cystomin, a synthetic peptide from algae.
This amino acid is found in the skin and bones of fish, which are essential for maintaining healthy blood vessels.
The peptide also contains calcium, magnesium, zinc and phosphorus.
It has been used in human medicine for decades.
Aldrich’s protein, which contains iron, is also found in Nattkin’s products.
“I think it’s an interesting product because it does include protein.
It’s a very small amount,” Ms Nyakopil says.
“It doesn’t have any of the big proteins, like whey or casein, which you might get from a milk or a cheese or something like that.”
Nattokin’s B5 supplement is sold in Australia, but it is currently available only in Europe and the US.
Ms Nyakob is one of the first to endorse the supplement in the US, where she received rave reviews from customers.
“People were very impressed,” she says.”[They] really liked the taste and it’s also one of my favourite supplements, because it contains lots of minerals.”

You may be more successful in your weight loss if you are eating healthy, healthy food, Dr Nyakos is quick to add.
“You’re not necessarily going to get the best results from a diet.
You’re not going to lose weight on a diet, but you’re going to eat better food and it will be good for your health,” she said.”
The important thing is to make sure you’re eating nutritious foods and having a good balance of vitamins and nutrients.”
