I’m not a dieter,” DotFit CEO and founder, Justin Lee, told me.
“It’s a lifestyle that allows you to be healthier.
It’s a way of living that allows for you to have more energy, have more flexibility, be able to do more things.”
Lee was a former fitness instructor, who worked out for a few years before moving into tech.
He also got into nutrition, and that led him to create the Dot Fitness brand.
He’s now the CEO of DotFit, a company that sells nutrition products.
The company makes nutrition supplements that are supposed to help you lose weight and maintain it, but Lee says he doesn’t want to sell them to anyone other than fitness professionals.
“I feel that I’m in the minority.
I believe in the concept of the lifestyle,” Lee said.
“There’s no reason why you shouldn’t be able and willing to make a change and to do something that’s good for you and for your body.”
One of the biggest things that Lee thinks makes people eat differently than they used to is the lack of variety.
“There’s this notion of ‘there’s one or two foods that I should be eating, and you should be the only person eating that,'” Lee said, explaining why that’s not the case.

I don’t want anyone to feel like they have to eat a certain amount of something.

I like to eat different things.

“For example, he recommends eating a whole chicken, and says he eats about six meals a day.
He doesn’t drink water.
I try to make sure that I have enough of everything, and I have a good amount of protein.”

Lee’s also known for his commitment to being healthy, which is reflected in his company’s name.

“We’re not selling these supplements to kids.”
But what about the cost?
“We’re trying to be very fair about it, and we’re not trying to sell to anyone,” Lee continued.
“And it’s not just about how much is it?
It’s about how well is it going to help me?
How do I look?
Do I feel better?
Are my muscles growing?
What are my other side effects?
It all comes down to that.
We want to make this as affordable as possible.”
So, if you’re a gym person, what are you going to eat?
Lee is quick to point out that the diet is meant to help people lose weight.
“The main reason I created the Dot fitness brand was to address this,” Lee told me, adding that DotFit is a way to help others do the same thing.
“This is a lifestyle you can achieve, and if you want to be the best, the best you can be is going to make changes to make it better.
It may not be your thing, but if you know how to change it and it works, then you should do it.”
But you don’t have to go it alone.
Lee has had success selling DotFit products on other brands, including Fitocracy, and he’s been doing it for quite a while.
He believes the Dot Fit Diet is something that people can do in their own lives.
“The whole idea behind it is to empower people,” Lee shared.
“When you’re not in a gym, you don, and when you’re in a group, you’re on your own.
You don’t know anybody, you have no one to talk to, and no one who is going see your progress.
It is about creating a relationship with your own body, and being able to say, ‘Hey, I can make these changes for you.'”
And that’s something I think is important to note about this product, Lee said: People can make changes for themselves.
But that’s also true about the diet itself.
“Dot fitness has a great idea about how to help other people,” he added.
