A lot of people in India are addicted to acai.
The nut bread you make here can easily make your whole family’s diet go berserk.
But, here in India, people are also addicted to the acai tea.
Here are a few tips for making a good acai bread.
Add the oil to a pan or fry pan and let it fry.
When the oil is boiling, add the seeds of the acacia plant, which is said to have the best health benefits.
Add a bit of water and then cover the pan and leave it for about 15 minutes.
Add some chopped peanuts, a few pieces of mint leaves and chopped onions and saute them for about 5 minutes.
Add turmeric powder and stir the mixture until the water evaporates.
Add salt and pepper and stir for a few minutes.
Now add the water to the pan again.
Add about a tablespoon of oil, stir it and let the oil fry until the oil thickens and is fragrant.
Add all the ingredients and stir well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, you can make a simple, delicious, acai muffins with just two ingredients: a handful of acai seeds and a pinch of salt.
To make a muffin, take the aca-seed muffin pan, fry the seeds on a medium-low heat for about 10 minutes or until they turn golden.
Then add a few tablespoons of water to cover and allow them to cook for another 10 minutes.
When they are done, take a small portion of each muffin and squeeze it out into a small bowl.
Remove the seeds and discard the water.
You can serve this acai-seed bread with yogurt or yoghurt or yogurt and lemon juice.
The yogurt can be a little salty or sweet.
And the lemon juice can be something like lime juice.
It can also be a bit sour.
The best way to eat acai is to eat the whole bunch, not just the seeds.
It’s so much better if you eat the seeds first and then the acais.
