By Liz Knebelis, AP Health editorThe healthiest way to stay healthy is to get plenty of sleep, get enough physical activity, get adequate intake of the right foods and avoid eating foods that can trigger or worsen metabolic diseases.
It’s all a lot easier said than done, though.
The American Heart Association recommends that people get at least three to four hours of sleep a night and get about a four-hour workout per day.
Zantex, which is a generic name for a class of dietary supplements that have gained popularity in recent years, offers sleep and workout recommendations that range from “just a few minutes a night” to two to four minutes.
While it may seem like you’re sleeping, the American Heart Foundation says it’s a mistake to try to fall asleep while eating or sleeping.
Instead, it says that if you are going to be awake in the morning, you should be awake for at least five minutes before you sleep.
You can check your sleep schedule and find out more at www.heart.org/sleep.
You also may want to take a sleep test to determine if you’re falling asleep, which can help determine whether you need to get up or wake up.
Zantrex says that a study published in the journal Archives of Internal Medicine found that Zantecans were less likely to develop metabolic syndrome, a cluster of metabolic diseases that can be linked to obesity and diabetes.
The study also found that patients who were treated with Zantepacks showed reduced risk of developing the metabolic syndrome.
Zentas Zantek, director of the Zantapeutics, LLC division of Zantix, which manufactures Zantext, said the supplement was not designed to help you fall asleep.
The company does not recommend Zantee products to patients with obesity, diabetes or heart disease.
The company also said the product was not tested to diagnose diabetes or cardiovascular disease, but it did say it is safe and effective for people with obesity.
A recent study by the Mayo Clinic found that people who took Zantegap supplements had a higher than expected risk of death from heart attacks and strokes.
The Mayo Clinic also found an increased risk of stroke in those taking Zantetrax.
But the Mayo study was limited because of a problem with the data collected by the researchers.
The researchers used a database of prescriptions filled in the United States and other countries to assess the risk of heart attacks among people taking the Zentas supplements, the company said.
The Mayo Clinic study also didn’t look at the Zentyex, an alternative brand of Zentecan that has been on the market since 2009.
The makers of Zentyecan have said they are confident the drug is safe.
But a review published in March in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology found that its use was associated with heart attacks, strokes and death in some patients.
Zentyex has also faced criticism for being overly expensive, especially in comparison to other Zantox products.
Zentaxt, which the Mayo report did not analyze, cost about $100 per pill.
A Zentyepack costs about $90.
The Zentext drug costs about half as much as a Zentyap.
A pill costs about two to three times as much on the internet.
